Project Idea
Elevating Youth Volleyball Training
At the heart of the "VolleyKnowledge" initiative is our belief that every child and young person deserves access to quality sports education under the guidance of skilled trainers. Recognizing the pivotal role of sports in shaping the holistic development of youth, VolleyKnowledge seeks to transform volleyball coaching methodologies across Europe. This Erasmus+ funded project unites a consortium of leading sports clubs and the NGO DIF Akademija, leveraging their collective expertise to foster a new era of volleyball training. Our mission is to develop, disseminate, and implement innovative training tools and educational materials designed to enhance the skills and qualifications of sports staff. Through research, collaboration, and exchange of best practices, VolleyKnowledge aims to standardize training approaches, ensuring safe, effective, and inclusive volleyball education for young athletes aged 6 to 20.
